My only bad habbit is coffee, I am addicted to it. I get withdrawal symptoms if I don't get my daily dose of caffeine.

These days its usually a bottle of wine or a 6 pack + of beer every day. Last night I had a bottle of wine and half a 6'er before/after dinner. Been drinking daily for a few years. I don't drink in the morning or during the day at all, only at night before and after dinner.

I'm starting to think about making a serious attempt at quitting for a while and giving my liver a break. Drinking at this level consistently can't be doing me much good, even if I don't feel any negative effects from it.

I kinda wish I got hangovers like you Sleazy, cause it'd give me incentive to cut down... but i never get them.. even when I drink 2 or more bottles of wine in a night. I practically have to drink myself into a coma to get a hangover, and I haven't taken it that far since my highschool days.

I do need to cut down or quit for a while though. I've told myself I was going to try a couple of times and then failed after a few days. I know that is not a good sign.

I smoke weed once in a while. Nothing else.

Maybe seeing my wine tab for the year would help me quit.. lol I really should start keeping track of it. Good wine is not cheap, and I'm sure I've drank 6-7k worth of wine this year.. maybe more.

Shit, thats a 3 week vacation in Hawaii.

At home I am a saint. Have smoked maybe 10 cigarettes in my life and one in the last 5 years. Have a glass of wine maybe once a month when I go somewhere nice to eat.

At shows I am a devil. Drink whatever I can get my hands on and hardly ever get a hangover. The last night at CybernetExpo was probably that only hangover I have had in a year. Of course I won $1k on a $5 slot pull that night and would not have done that had I been sober so it's all good. I don't need the booze, just seem to have more fun when I have a little in my blood. As most people will tell you I am boring as fuck naturally and when I am tipsy I am probably just as boring with a hint of annoying lol
When I am with the right crowd I will smoke the occasional doobie. Again, don't need it but enjoy it now and then. Smoked weed my first time when I was 11 (had a gun pointed at me by a dealer on a playground and was told to smoke weed or smoke cock - true story). Have gotten in more trouble on legal booze than I have on weed. How many people get high and then want to go out and get into trouble? Most people that get high just want to sit around, eat some munchies, and talk with people and enjoy the moment.. and then find a nice bed or corner to sleep in lol

Smoked the first night at CyberNetExpo and the next morning my lungs and sinuses felt like a desert. Dont know what was wrong with the air in the Tropicana but no matter how much water I drank I always seemed dehydrated. Didn't smoke the rest of the show.

Kudos to Steve Lightspeed for going clean. When JoeE got back from Europe HE told me that Steve looks like he was doing too much. That is scary. Glad to see that some people have the self control to stop. I like smoking and drinking, but if I ever had to decide between that life and my family life I would give it up in a heartbeat. Family means much more.

of course Vegas IS only 32 days away from now

Nicotine and caffeine are my only vices. I must've smoked about 10 acres of grass when I was younger, but that's as far as I was willing to go with substance usage. I always have beer in the fridge... never know when you'll need one for a hockey or football game... and harder stuff in the cabinet, but it's been months since I indulged. I basically don't like the way alcohol tastes, so I stay away from it

Use to drink alot back in college... hardly drink ever now but for shows... I've had the same bottle of Absolute in my fridge for 6 years...bought it at some duty-free store long time ago. Might as well just throw it out....just eats up fridge space. Got a few beers in the fridge too...but those have gotta be pushing 4 months old. It always gives me hangover it seems, and honestly I like my reality...no need to alter it.

I do need to quit smoking.... and do drink insane amounts of diet mountain dew....like 12 a day.

I am real clean cut these days, myself. I used to drink a lot, I smoked a ton of pot when I was in high school, and did a lot of other shit, too. But as I got older, I did less and less.

and with all the losses Ive had in gambling this year, the whole gambling addiction is almost kicked.

I smoke about a pack a day of Kools. I don't drink that often because both of my parents are alcoholics, and that shit scares me -- I don't want to end up like them. I haven't smoked any pot in about two years, but it's never been a very regular thing for me, anyway. I trip on salvia about once every 3 months, and smoke damiana about as often. My biggest vice aside from smoking is caffeine -- Starbucks DoubleShots, Dr Pepper, and choclate-covered espresso beans.

Gambling demons are the ones that really fucked me up. Also its a Violation of my probation if I even pick up a drink! (long private story) I know myself and Im not about to put myself into a situation where im gunna get addicted to something and kill myself. I wont smoke, do drugs, or drink now days. and with all the losses Ive had in gambling this year, the whole gambling addiction is almost kicked.
