These days its usually a bottle of wine or a 6 pack + of beer every day. Last night I had a bottle of wine and half a 6'er before/after dinner. Been drinking daily for a few years. I don't drink in the morning or during the day at all, only at night before and after dinner.
I'm starting to think about making a serious attempt at quitting for a while and giving my liver a break. Drinking at this level consistently can't be doing me much good, even if I don't feel any negative effects from it.
I kinda wish I got hangovers like you Sleazy, cause it'd give me incentive to cut down... but i never get them.. even when I drink 2 or more bottles of wine in a night. I practically have to drink myself into a coma to get a hangover, and I haven't taken it that far since my highschool days.
I do need to cut down or quit for a while though. I've told myself I was going to try a couple of times and then failed after a few days. I know that is not a good sign.
I smoke weed once in a while. Nothing else.
Maybe seeing my wine tab for the year would help me quit.. lol I really should start keeping track of it. Good wine is not cheap, and I'm sure I've drank 6-7k worth of wine this year.. maybe more.
Shit, thats a 3 week vacation in Hawaii.
