Everytime I do it I wind up with a big bloody gaping wound in the center of my stomach.

What's the best way to clean it? It's so difficult. Mines an 'innie' and I wish for this purpose only that it was an 'outtie'.

All kinds of little pieces of crud and disease get lodged in there. I'm so scared

you clean it? sounds like a lot of work. most of the stuff in there is flammable, just take your crack pipe, when it is nice and hot, and stick it on the lint, and whoosh, should take care of your problem.

A beneficial side effect is that the resultant scabbing will eventually make your innie an outie
