Everytime I do it I wind up with a big bloody gaping wound in the center of my stomach.
What's the best way to clean it? It's so difficult. Mines an 'innie' and I wish for this purpose only that it was an 'outtie'.
All kinds of little pieces of crud and disease get lodged in there. I'm so scared
