What Is A Good Help Desk Software ? I am looking for something
affordable and simple for customers to submit trouble tickets etc. This is for a mainstream site. Any suggestions would be appreciated : )

there's a billion of them but unless you train your employee's and force them to use it, I wouldnt even bother. 400 companies i worked for, only 2-3 had a working helpdesk and that was because of management, not software choice...
just food for thought... |

We used to use this at our college helpdesk when I was workin there. Software's called HEAT

whmcs and kayako are good, i switched to whmcs from kayako actually for my hosting business
