holy shit... I woke up this morning at 0530 took a piss and it was like cherry kool aid... then my 2nd piss was the same color... it then went back to normal color...

got some pain in my back...

I went to my doc... he thinks it's a kidney stone.....

anyone have experience with this.... he told me when it passes if it has not already... that it is the closest thing a man will feel to giving birth....

yes, make sure that there's somebody else with you until this shit goes away, it happened to me many years ago and I was in pain only for a day or two (with only one visit to the hospital and one shot in the ass) - my brother wasn't that lucky - he stayed in the hospital for a week and said that even the painkillers that they gave him weren't helping much...

I had kidney sand.. hurts like hell indeed. had dark red piss too, for 2 days. it seems that's the time I eliminated it.

my hubby gets them every few years. He's kind of a macho guy but the pain has had him rolling on the floor when it's really bad.

I remember years ago I used to play in a band and we were doing a gig up in Boston. Well, the singer of one of the other bands passed a stone and his screams were fucking nuts! Afterwards, he put it in some little plastic cup and was walking around showing people. I'll never forget his screams, though.

yups had my last attack 2 years or so ago. They had to shoot them apart with radio waves or something (2 sessions as it was huge)

The attacks were the most painfull thing I ever felt.

In general - kidney stones are a terrible thing to have. They are built-up calcium deposits which eventually turn to 'stones'.

I have had kidney stones 3 times. I will share the order of 2 of those experiences with you in the order which they happened.

Experience 1 -

I had a little back pain in my kidney area for an hour or two... not too unbearable. I drank a lot of fluid thinking that maybe I was going to have a kidney stone (my dad had them in the past so I was familiar with them). The pain subsided. I spent that same night in a hotel with my girlfriend. The next morning I felt the urge to pee in the shower so I figured what the hell... as my urine began to stream out as usual - I felt an instant shooting pain in my dick so I held on to one of the shower rods very tightly and continued to pee. About 6 seconds in to the piss I all of the sudden felt relief from nowhere - not less than a 1/4th second later - I see and hear a pretty good sized stone hit the bottom of the bathtub. It was dark and I literally heard it 'ching' against the tub of the shower. All pain was now gone. End of kidney stone.

Experience 2 -

I was working at my desktop computer when all of the sudden I started to get gradually worsened pains in my stomach/back/kidney... it felt like someone was slowly but continually squeezing a belt around my body tighter and tighter. I drank a ton of water hoping to ease the pain like I did the last time I had a kidney stone. Pain lightened up for awhile and this continued on a less-painful scale for another 2 days or so until one minute when I got very severe. I had to walk away from my pc and lay down on my bed. I held my side, used a heating pad, took pain pills (leftover Vicodin), etc... and the pain seemed to be getting worse............................

Long story semi-short - I went to the hospital that night. They put me on fluids and asked if I had been peeing any blood (took a pee sample). I had blood in my urine and I was not laying in the hospital...... they took me back for 2 CT Scans - bla bla bla. They found what appeared to the doctor to be a kidney stone.

For the next 3 days I had a lesser amount of pain than before (luckily) -- and I eventually peed parts of the stone out little by little (lucky once again) into a strainer. I peed into one of them for about a week to see if it was gone. The damn thing broke into little pieces on its own... not very common.

Normally the doctor would need to laser it down if its too large to pass on its own... through your tiny piss hole. That would be a painful process for the fact they first stick a camera inside of your piss hole......... etc. etc.

If you are peeing blood - please make sure to ask your doctor for an antibiotic to clear up the infection.

Drink less tea, etc. The doctor told me I should have had more water or beer and it might all have passed sooner than it did.

Follow-up: It was the worst pain I had ever had in my life (until the other day when I had a split-second shooting pain in my thigh). Aside from that - death sneezes are pretty painful too, but those are much quicker passing than kidney stones.

Yes I had 3 once. From eating too much salt, go figure. I felt like I was going to die, and when I passed them I WANTED TO DIE.. worst pain EVER!

The hospital literally told me if I didn't stop screaming they would have to kick me out because I was scaring the other patients. I told them to fuck off and they gave me A LOT of drugs which calmed me down REAL QUICK hehe..

Everywhere I go I now have Diclofenac pills with me. If I get an attack I have one (yes anally) and the pain is gone in 15 or so minutes. I freak out if I forget them while being in the US at a show lol

OUCH!!!!

Several years ago I had one that I went to the ER with. While there and yes I was in a lot of pain. Wont get into details but I can say it is painful, anyway my wife who has my daughter sitting on her lap, I think my daughter was like 2 at the time, anyway wife asked the doctor if I was in a lot of pain? I heard the doctor say, "mam, he is in every bit as much pain as you went through giving birth." I looked over about that time at my wife who instantly got a huge smile on her face and she says, "I had an epidural"

I am lucky, only had them about 3 times. I have a brother that you would think has a factory inside him.

You can get everything from discomfort to intense pain. Yes the pain is bad enough that without help you might not go anywhere. You can also be very sick with one. Wait too long and it can become blood poisoning.

Bloody urine is sometimes a symptom but not always. Best to have a doctor check things out.

I had one when I was 19. I was at a welcome party the college I was attending threw. I went into the bathroom and pissed one half way out, it was caught in my dick. I went out, drank another beer and pissed it the rest of the way out. It was the size of a pot seed and didn't hurt too badly. They wanted me to save it so they could analyze it at the hospital, but I wasn't going to put my hand in that toilet to fish it out for anything.

My brother just had an attack a week ago and he is dreading passing the stone.

I have a real high tolerance for pain...

at the doc earlier we did a piss test... no infection ... not surprising.. I fuck so many nasty whores I just stay on antiobiotics.. most people when they go to mexico get pain pills I Get z-packs

anyways...

tomorrow they are doing an ultra sound to see the size if there is one left...

I only pissed blood twice... the pain in my flank and the pain in my back sucks donkey balls... also my lower right stomach as well sometimes... yesterday I was really crampy in the stomach...... then this morning I had the bloody piss... hopefully I passed that bitch....

in all honesty im scared to fuck and bust a nutt and I got a shoot lined up for wed....
