yes, make sure that there's somebody else with you until this shit goes away, it happened to me many years ago and I was in pain only for a day or two (with only one visit to the hospital and one shot in the ass) - my brother wasn't that lucky - he stayed in the hospital for a week and said that even the painkillers that they gave him weren't helping much...
