You don't know me. I am the VP of Operations for Paysigndesign.com. When I was notified of your post (by one of my clients) I decided to research this "new information" before responding to your accusations, Because they are accusations. In my search I found that Paysitedesign.com not only never hired you to do design work but also there doesn;t seem to be an moneys owed to you for any work done. WHich made me wonder why you would accuse us of not paying you. Then I thought I should look into this further. ANd that is when I made a discovery. Duane/Pensfran seems to be the person for whom you worked for, Since that is whom we got that design from. (XXXdesisgngroup.com) You're grevence is with Pensfran and not Hungryman nor paysitedesign.com. You have made some serious accusations here. We never have hired you or even commissioned you to do any work for us. If any moneys are owed to you they are owed to you by Pensfan not us. We cleared our bussiness with him when XXXdesigngroup.com was desolved. He was paid for the designs that hungryman brought over to Paysitedesign. What we do with bought designs is our bussiness. As it is you 're personal clients bussiness...what they do with designs they commission from you. You are a designer, so you, better then anybody else should Understand that once the design is sold it belongs to the person that bought it.

Also I'd like to add that our clientele cums to us for they're design needs because they want to be able to recieve the right designer for the job in question. At paysitedesign we have over 10 freelance sat designers working with us. Our designs are a complation of work from different artist. And we never make the claim that paysite design is one person, or one designer.

I'd like to ask you to retract the accusations you have made here tonight. This is not the forum or place to dig holes. All you had to do was talk so somebody at paysitedesign.com Contact numbers are there for just that reason. This delma of yours might of faired differently.

I apologise to any of our clients that read this. It is unfortunate that a single person whom didn't have his facts straight would go to this lenght to accuse an induvidual or company, without having all the facts. I 'm sorry you had to witness this.

Amp/Todd, If in fact you were commissined by XXXdesigngroup.com for that base design, then your paymant should cum from them. If all you were looking for was recognition, we would of Gladly given to you, had we known.

In my bussiness, if the customer havent recived a bill yet, he dosent have the "right of ownership" So if you havent got a bill, you dont have ownership. But again - thats hardware i sell, not design :(

Thisis all good and well but HUNGRYMAN was the one person I left off my "NOT PAYING UP" thread. I asked without mentioning names at Porn city on what I should do.. Hungryman won't reutn my messages any more.. I didn't want to mention his name cos he has helped me a GREAT deal and has given me ongoing work until I said enough is enough... I need to be paid for the jobs I am doing.

However, this response is where you fucked up. Cuz your lawyers will tell you to pay the designer for the design or take it down - you dont own it, it is stolen property.....

I hate to have to say this out loud like this, but you design companies better start paying your designers. I've heard this kind of shit happening far too often lately, and this isn't the first time I've heard the name Pensfan, hungryman, and a few others mentioned in this regard. Hey, it's your companies and your reps that are being tarnished, but I'm hoping that instead of coming here and posturing like my learned friend Vid Vicious has done so far, you will take a more amicable stance and help to make things right.

If you owe, then pay. I can't believe that a few thousand bucks is this difficult to part with in order to make things right.

Hungryman got all pissed at me one day from a thread where I questioned if he owed my friend.

He owes him for more than one toon logo. So I called him on it.

I think these debts needs to be settled, and soon.

The designer is the holder of the copyright until HE is paid. It doesn't matter if you paid the guy you contracted with...the designer is the holder of the copyright until he gets paid. Period.

Imagine your shock and the client's shock when your client gets a C & D letter from some unknown dude letting you know you're in copyright violation until he gets paid. Think it can't happen...?

I didn't even know that there were design "companies" like this. Maybe it's because I've never hired a designer and I don't know anything.

But I always thought from a layman's point of view that Hungryman did his own designs. I'm not saying that he ever explicitly stated that he did them, but it "appeared" that he did them. Just like it "appears" like people like fletch and amp do their own designs. I truly believed that the cartoon of hungryman with his thumb up was actually drawn by him.

If I bought a design from fletch, I would be expecting to have fletch's specific artistic touches put on it because design is like art. If I found out that fletch actually had settheworldonfire doing his designs, I wouldn't be mad, but I would make sure to go to whoever it was who designed my shit DIRECTLY next time. But if I knew that it was a design "company" from the start, then I would have no problem at all.

I'm off to the weight room....gotta stay sexy for these bitches
