Kids look for porn and find it. In my youth it was hidden VHS tapes and Cheri magazine. Now a days for kids it's TGP's and password sites.

To argue and say porn hurts kids in some way is ridiculous because porn is part of growing up and every boy has seen it. Girls just aren't interested in it the same way so it doesn't even really get to them.

Not to say porn should be brazenly shown to kids but I'd love to see someone explain how porn hurts a 13 year old?!?

Wash out the 40++ "OptIN' or "Deceptive"porn spams that arrive in my step kids email addies every week? Now we watched those 2 very closely when they came here and were online. One of us were ALWAYS sitting with them. (Not that I think the 9 yr old girl was actively aware of sex let alone porn)

But show up like clockwork.

What will happen law wise? Hmmm, our lil ol state is an inch from passing a new spam law that THEY will actively pursue the senders (no matter if porn or otherwise) with a tidy little $3000.00 per spam fine, plus courtcosts. The receiver does nothing but pass it to a state address.

Now as to the kids, they do NOT have access at home, their school has filters AND we changed the pw's on their accounts. Said accts have ot been accessed for over 2 yrs now, but we keep them active in case they would come and want to use them.

As far as our adult webmaster addresses? Who the h*ll thinks WE want to buy memberships? We sell it, and have more than we could look at right here on our systems.

As to TGPs, they will have to go under AVS just like freesites sooner than later. All they will be allowed to show is just what Japan allows, Censored pics to the open public.

The spam hacks can whine all they want about my arguments. But I have another case scenerio, I know quite a few men that were trained to kill and did it quite well, but are they ALLOWED to? They CAN do it so why can't they just whack someone when they get the notion? Because of laws. Just like spam and other open adult sites will be facing.

So make your dimes and nickels now. Anyone that says they have an OptIn list that they BOUGHT has no freaking clue what or where those addresses came from. If you say you TRUST the person you bought it from, then you are a fool. Just so, the people on that list did NOT opt in to YOUR list.

not hard to spot the spammers in this thread

justify all u want, the admins and spamcops of the world ARE smarter than u and much more motivated. 99% of the ube out there is harvested lists, and harvesting gets just as many kids as it does adults. running a mailing list intelligently can help but the bottom line is if its uce its uce no matter where u got it.

the most amusing part of this post is people trying to compare a tgp to spam. while i do think tgps should have warning pages for type-in surfers, u are comparing apples and oranges. spam violates the right 2 privacy, and costs the recipient money. tgps are run like any normal business, u pay the expenses required to provide a service.

argue all u want about it, there is a reason spam is illegal and tgps are not. its just like the visa situation, spam is a target because people cannot use email marketing responsibly. the scammers ruin it for us all.

Kids look for porn and find it. In my youth it was hidden VHS tapes and Cheri magazine. Now a days for kids it's TGP's and password sites. To argue and say porn hurts kids in some way is ridiculous because porn is part of growing up and every boy has seen it. Girls just aren't interested in it the same way so it doesn't even really get to them. Now we watched those 2 very closely when they came here and were online. One of us were ALWAYS sitting with them. (Not that I think the 9 yr old girl was actively aware of sex let alone porn) But show up like clockwork. What will happen law wise? Hmmm, our lil ol state is an inch from passing a new spam law that THEY will actively pursue the senders (no matter if porn or otherwise) with a tidy little $3000.00 per spam fine, plus courtcosts. The receiver does nothing but pass it to a state address. Now as to the kids, they do NOT have access at home, their school has filters AND we changed the pw's on their accounts. Said accts have ot been accessed for over 2 yrs now, but we keep them active in case they would come and want to use them. As far as our adult webmaster addresses? Who the h*ll thinks WE want to buy memberships? We sell it, and have more than we could look at right here on our systems. As to TGPs, they will have to go under AVS just like freesites sooner than later. All they will be allowed to show is just what Japan allows, Censored pics to the open public. The spam hacks can whine all they want about my arguments. But I have another case scenerio, I know quite a few men that were trained to kill and did it quite well, but are they ALLOWED to? They CAN do it so why can't they just whack someone when they get the notion? Because of laws. Just like spam and other open adult sites will be facing. So make your dimes and nickels now. Anyone that says they have an OptIn list that they BOUGHT has no freaking clue what or where those addresses came from. If you say you TRUST the person you bought it from, then you are a fool. Just so, the people on that list did NOT opt in to YOUR list. I, for one will enjoy reading the state list of spammers that have been prosecuted once they get that going. Real names and addresses etc etc will be posted on it. lol

And everyone can say it won't happen all they want, they did a few years ago about the Visa changes and all of that. We're in process of moving all of ours behind AVS. Why wait and run around like you all did with the VISA. lmao Personally, I would rip out the eyes of anyone I caught spamming porn to a 9 yr old girl. You may laugh at the laws pertaining to supplying underage kids with contraband, but it carries a year term in our state. And guess what boys, the repubs won for at least 2 yrs. Its not going to get better either.
