I like old office chairs better, although it's hard to find/buy one. All new office chairs I've bought just wear out in a year or two. Old school ones last forever. Guess they don't makem like they use to.

I have an ergonomic chair which has more adjustments than most chairs. Given that most of us spend a lot of time sitting in front of a screen it's worth it.

Yes, I am serious. You will be much more productive and you will save your back.

I have a normal desk with an exercise ball for a chair, but I do most of my work on my other desk standing up. When I made the change my productivity and comfort took a moonshot.
