Well in this lovely little state, the police must be called by the leasor or owner of the parking lot. Now true they still will respond, yet who in the hell has the time to wait an hour or more for a cop to show up, and do you really think the person who is parking there will wait without being illegally detained? Not to mention I am not about to waste the time or the police to give a damn parking ticket. About the only thing I could do is, pass a simular law so fellow gimps could give out tickets, or sit around and record people on camera and turn the shit in to the police. Again a waste of time.

they obviously have the same genetic programming for body shape - and a pair of twins that live thier own lives and each eat average amounts and do the average amounts of exercise are going to be similar - but it's because it's what they eat and how much they exercise that counts... they can both have mesomorph genetic templates but if one diets and exercises she'll be skinny.. if one sits around all day eating crap they'll be fat.. nothing genetic to it.

Two sides of this issue.. and I am torn. In the aerobics instructor case, she was capable of doing the job, so she should have gotten the job.

BUT!

I hate it that people sue to get jobs and such. Life sucks, deal with it. I sued over every job I didn't get when I was younger I would be in litigation into the next millenium.

AND!

I absolutely am against people being forced to hire/not hire people. If it is my business, I feel that I should be able to hire/fire at my whim and for my reasons, FUCK everyone else!

BUT

Fat chicks still rock...
