9mm handguns have a very low kill ratio on one shot. It is one of the only calibers you can be shot multiple times and live. They are the ghetto fabulous choice of a weapon and they have saved countless lives with their ineffectiveness. Most police departments in the USA have prohibited their officers from carrying them and the US Govt prohibited them many, many years ago.

I agree that the ammunition 9 x 19 mm Parabellum "not have a major stop-effect" and the ratio of injured / killed by one missile.
