I'm not a complete bastard,

everything I have done to him up until now has been a reaction to one of his acts of ignorance.

If he had some consistency of character, instead of falling into stereotypes and being ignorant for the sake of it, there would be no problem.

What the fuck is this asshole doing driving a truck on my lawn in the first place?

It's past words, me and the neighbor on the opposite side hate him.

The guy was super cool at first, but his true colors shined through shortly after.

Trust me, if it were you in my position you would bear a strong grudge as well.

To get a perspective on his character, not only is he a petty thief by trade, but he recently fucked himself up at Fed Ex on the loading dock somehow, and filed for workmans compensation and somehow got it even though it was his fault.

Guy is a fucking slimeball, regardless of the color of his skin.

He lost it about 2 months ago and started bashing shit in his house, his wife called the cops and ran out into the front yard saying "he's gone crazy".. he got arrested 20 minutes later, doing this in front of his kids.

I revel in the fact that he will have to work until he is dead, and that he is living past his means.

If the got kept it real from day one, none of this shit would have happened.

I'm going to get the property line guy out here to spray paint the line and build a huge fucking fence on it, painting his side pink and my side white.

I was just looking for some good innovative thinking from my jilted fellow GFYers.

Just go talk to the guy, and if that doesnt get anything solved then call animal control and file a claim in court for the damages to your property.

Doing donuts in his yard, breaking shit off in his locks, slashing tires etc all sound funny but they are actually chicken shit, cowardly things to do.

Here is an update:

Did some research on him and found out he faked an injury and claimed workman's compensation, notified his former employer and the little organization it was done through.

Also,

called the SPCA on him after it had rained and was freezing outside, all 4 of his put bulls went bye bye.

Then called the police about a noise ordinance regulation with his cocker spaniel whom he leaves chained up all day, he got a ticket.. it was the third time.

Then my friend suggested pouring gasoline on his lawn because apparently it kills it real quickly (next two days).. so I did that in 4 huge circles that are now crispy brown because of the sun.

Lastly I let air out of a set of two tires of his so he had to get a portable air thing,

and currently I am building an 8 foot tall privacy fence and painting his side the most hideous color yellow.

I know all of this might sound a bit overboard, but the man has stolen from me, has driven through my lawn with both his truck and 18 wheeler, he had 5 pit bulls in two small cages, and another dog chained up.. they barked day and night and were never let out to play.

Complete ignorance on all sides on his behalf with no remorse, better yet some enjoyment on his behalf.

Oh and I have let my grass grow (before the fence and while it's being built) as high as it possibly can.

So all in all, I'm pretty sure he might think twice about doing some dumb shit again

Fence is just now getting started, already bought the paint for his side though.. guess i could open it up and take a picture of that.

I Don't want to walk in his yard and take pictures of the brown circles of grass, think that might give it away.

Will take some pictures of some things though and post them next update.
