best white wine to make Veal Piccata

On Thursday going to make Veal Piccata for my wife for our anniversary. The recipes all call for one cup of white wine which type would be the best?

I'm lazy, so the best I can do for you is say a "dry white wine" as found in the following recipe:

anyway, yo. here's a bump.

usually people don't use the 'best' for cooking recipes. any decent $10-15 bottle should do fine

Any drinkable dry white wine would work and be nowhere as near important as the quality of your capers.

Just use a cheap Pinot. Yellow Tail should be fine. It's being used for cooking, after all.
