Normally i sleep to late or many of the times even at the morning, wile i stay awake at nights most of the time and i think this habit totally fucked my sleeping regime, because even though it's 22-42 with Tr time and Very Early for Me, i fill sleepy and lazy to work.

as a being a batman This's kind of abnormal situation for me and happening to me since afew night.

So, What's Your Suggestion for being saved from over sleepiness?

don't tell me Coffey, cause it doesn't affect my body at all i think

Just beat that first heaviest sleep signal, try to keep going for 10 minutes and it will be gone. Then it may come again but rinse and repeat.

Yeah...seriously those 5 hour energy shots really work!! Just make sure you get your stuff done within 4-5 hours!!

when my cycle is thrown off I take a sleeping pill when I normally would go to sleep and wake up at a normal time the next day, anything else fucks with my sleep

I eat like 10 of those while taking a bath using my Caffeinated Soap. The idea is to make the bath out of as many red bulls and soap bars as you can, then poke small holes in your body to let the caffeine leak in

seriously tho, i want to try those mints but to lazy to wait a few days to get them in the mail

Energy drinks never did much for me (apart from make me feel slightly naseous because they're so sickly sweet), but Foosh does have a definite effect.

get your heart rate up, and you'll feel awake

i just came from an hour at the gym,
but a few pushups here and there will do it
plus you'll look and feel better
