Normally i sleep to late or many of the times even at the morning, wile i stay awake at nights most of the time and i think this habit totally fucked my sleeping regime, because even though it's 22-42 with Tr time and Very Early for Me, i fill sleepy and lazy to work.
as a being a batman This's kind of abnormal situation for me and happening to me since afew night.
So, What's Your Suggestion for being saved from over sleepiness?
don't tell me Coffey, cause it doesn't affect my body at all i think
