i Must Work, But İm Sleepy, Any Solution?
Normally i sleep to late or many of the times even at the morning, wile i stay awake at nights most of the time and i think this habit totally fucked my sleeping regime, because even though it's 22-42 with Tr time and Very Early for Me, i fill sleepy and lazy to work.
as a being a batman This's kind of abnormal situation for me and happening to me since afew night. So, What's Your Suggestion for being saved from over sleepiness? don't tell me Coffey, cause it doesn't affect my body at all i think :) |

when my cycle is thrown off I take a sleeping pill when I normally would go to sleep and wake up at a normal time the next day, anything else fucks with my sleep

I stay away from redbulls, personally the 5 hour energy shots work great for me

exercise !! get your heart rate up, and you'll feel awake i just came from an hour at the gym, but a few pushups here and there will do it plus you'll look and feel better |
