Asking for advice on GFY is always a double edged idea.. but here it goes:

Alright, look it, I need to cum more..

that is another reason why taking steroids and testosterone is so helpful for olympic athletes, because it allows them to train very hard without seeing the drop in natural testosterone that would normally occur and reduce their ability to recover

For me (but folks are different, so what works best for some of us might not be as helpful to/for others), the night before an important shoot I take 50 MG of Zinc, which seems to increase my volume, thickness, and whiteness----but this works for me only if I haven't taken the extra zinc for at least the previous 5-6 days (apparently, my body adjusts to the 50 MG "burst" that's in addition to what's in my diet and my dailyvitamin pills; so, it ineffective for me if I take it more than just every 5-6 days. I'm 68, so that's a factor, too!

the body seems to try to maintain a steady production, and intense exercise may increase testosterone short term while you are exercising, then it quickly falls back to baseline and even below, and cortisol (the body's stress hormone, increases due to the stress on the system of the hard exercise, and a higher cortisol can further decrease testosterone). These effects are more pronounced as you get older.

I think exercise without going overboard will be better than no exercise at all though.
