I am not saying that you're wrong but I do not understand why it happens if it happens.
I have had zero excercise in the past few years.. you say that TOO MUCH excercise will decrease testosterone production, yes? What about going from zero to "enough"? Surely that will increase testosterone/stamina/dick/balls, right?

the body seems to try to maintain a steady production, and intense exercise may increase testosterone short term while you are exercising, then it quickly falls back to baseline and even below, and cortisol (the body's stress hormone, increases due to the stress on the system of the hard exercise, and a higher cortisol can further decrease testosterone). These effects are more pronounced as you get older.
I think exercise without going overboard will be better than no exercise at all though.
