SexStuffSells UPDATE - READ

I was one of Jeffs biggest affiliates and even I to was never paid on time. He still owes me money as well.

I heard every excuse for 3 years as to why I couldn't be paid on time. I only got a handfull of checks. Mostly stuff came through paypal after bugging him to death. Changed banks, family emergencies, etc..etc....the excuses have been endless.

I went through my emails to him and found his personal cell number he gave me, which I called yesterday. He picked up, seemed shocked that I had it.....and then asked if he could call me back in an hour. Of course which he never did.

I am suprised that NATS & EPOCH haven't yanked their services since its apparent this guy is stealing peoples monies and not paying them.

PERSONAL INFORMATION POSTING IS AGAINST GFY RULES

Obvisouly what needs to happen is that people need to start figuing out exactly what they are owed and we need to file a legal action against him in Austin.

I'd like to hear from NATS on why they haven't suspended his usage of their system. Seems like in other cases they've done it from the hip, and in this case its pretty clear affiliates aren't getting paid and he's certainly not posting here. How much longer are you going to let him use the sytem to steal from people?

Yea he has trouble paying his models as well! He grabbed Adri promised her all kinds of things and well they didn't pan out as she is back working with me. One of the people at my company talked to him on the phone a few times and let me tell you a real winner this guy is. The guy acts like he is a lawyer and that he knows everything. I guess in the end he better hope he is or has a good one as I am sure if people don't get there money legal action could be close by. If you're in need of a great single girl program to promote I always pay on time. Melissa

I logged in to the SSS webmaster program just now, and I see they have 3 payments on record for me, last one was in mid 2007.

Can I assume these were paid out, or should I go through my books and cross-check with my bank deposit slips? Has anyone else had a check in their Payment area without actually receiving it?

He actually payed me after the last GFY thread debacle via paypal, but i've been putting up with the same shit as Timlover for the last two years. Continually having to remind him to pay and lots of "it'll get done tomorrow" BS.

why would nats suspend a obviously legit businesses license? I know he scammed you, and yes he is a scammer, but without a lawsuit proving that NATS won't, and doesn't have to, do anything...make it more about the legal system and less about gfy posts and maybe nats will take some action

well I've seen NATS yank a liscense for even thinking a client is somehow shaving. I call not paying affiliates using their software to track sales, the ultimate kind of shaving. Actually I call it theft.

You don't need a lawsuit for NATS to figure out that he's not paying people. Unless you can't read English. I think its pretty damn clear that payouts are not being made on a professional time frame and to all affiliates.

oh, i totally agree, but until there is a legal decision nats doesn't have to do shit....and tracking down truth to an affiliate programs payout scams isn't their job...my basic point was, why aren't you hiring a lawyer or taking some sort of legal action? if it is as much money as you say it is, then that would have been my first course of action

btw, nats yanked the license you are referring to because they talked with ccbill and a conclusion was reached that the company in question wasn't paying affiliates and didn't appear to care

who said I wasn't taking legal action. However, in any kind of organized action, you need communication. Seeing how this is the place where people communicate on the issues at hand concerning this industry....seems fine to be.

or perhaps you would rather me post my Crumb Apple Pie recipie instead

Crumb Apple Pie actually sounds pretty damn good right now! I just had some fresh cantaloupe and it was friggin rockin

and I agree, gathering people is a great idea, but expecting a software vendor to take action on something that legally doesn't concern them isn't that great of an idea

well you certainly dont see Jeff here addressing the issue and what do you think all the people are talking about "not getting paid". Certainly its not from a weekend bingo session we all had at Jeffs house....

thats not entirely accurate. I think most software vendors would be unhappy if there software was being used to defraud and decieve people in the same industry they work in.

Just because you don't have a legal stake in something, doesn't mean it doesnt affect you. Legal is legal. The court of public opinion and image certainly has a much greater impact.

I"m not really upset about my money, because its virtually nothing at this point. I saw this coming along time ago and withdrew my promotion over the past year to a small handfull of sales and down to a couple hundred in rebills a month. I focused on other programs that actually paid me on time.

I'm just pissed that I stood up for him at a couple of places before and that he's pretty much decieving and theiving from alot of people I know. Plus all the exuses and lies I've been told....eventually that just pisses you off that people think you must be so fucking stupid to beleive the same thing over and over. I've heard so many promises and excuses from him in regards to my money...that I would swear his next one is going to be that a comet struck and incenerated his bank...

Literally going on 3 years. I think I have received payment on time perhaps 8-10 times. How fucking hard is it to pay people on time in this business. Its not rocket science. It happens twice a month. It's utterly ridiculous that he's done business like this. I know 10 year olds running a lemonade stand with a Hello Kitty notepad could do a better job of accounting and payouts than this guy has.

Yes it was. The VS guy got paid for that very reason. You do read this board, don't you? I also assume you have never paid for a legal action. Duh....like if you are owed three grand, you pay a lawyer 20 grand to recover your three grand in Austin fucking Texas. What are you thinking?

I know 10 year olds running a lemonade stand with a Hello Kitty notepad could do a better job of accounting and payouts than this guy has.
yeah, that is pretty scummy dude, sorry to hear about your troubles....I wish people would plan ahead for their idiocy and just use ccbill or epoch and let them send the checks.....but oh wait, then they wouldn't be able to use your money for cocaine and whores on the weekends

He's gone and gone for good imo. VS is a company whose been around for much longer, and theres one slight difference between them and Jeff, they actually had a business to protect. Like they actually process(ed) decent sales, etc. When you have nothing to lose or protect, its easy to run off without repercussion. Fuck man, towards the end, this guy didn't even have a legit credit card processor on his join page, i think he was using NETCASH only. I'd hate to be the bearer of bad news, but you're probably not going to get paid, at this point, all you can probably do is speak the truth about him and share your experience. And this is coming from a guy whose been fucked for maybe 20k+ in all my years in the biz.

I see some people here bringing NATS into the equation. I mean, NATS is showing you what you are properly owed so it's really not about them. If anything, they are lviing up to their part by showing you accurate #s of what he owes you, so you have proof you are owed. If you want to hit him, imo, go to the actual processors, after all, they are the ones issuing him the checks, and he's supposed to route your owed funds to you. From what I know, people at CCBILL seem to know him, at least the person we spoke to when he DMCAed our Adri content at CCBILL had said something along the lines like he's done this before (the DMCA with another person's model after he picked up the site), so I believe they know him from history. Let them know he's not paying anyone, and maybe they will suspend his payouts, so he's in the same boat as you guys, and they could possibly apply the pressure point to get you paid (just thinking out loud).

NATS sponsors not paying out reflect on all other NATS sponsors, because if 1 wont pay out with nothing done about it to help affiliates, then many others do aswell

I've personally experienced at least 10-15 NATS sponsors that dont pay, havent paid, or are SUPER late on payouts (to the point where I dont even expect payout)

To protect NATS reputation I think NATS should want to do something to help out affiliates get their payouts

ps, I know a few "whales" that wont push many NATS programs mainly because of this

No, a couple hundred dollars worth per month at the end

all time with Peachez

963 sales, 1231 rebills, 29 credits, 4 chargebacks

I could have made alot more in the past year, but like I said. I quit actively promoting it and also spent no more time on the SEO for realpeachez.net that when at the top, brought in sales around 1:20
