You don't need a lawsuit for NATS to figure out that he's not paying people. Unless you can't read English. I think its pretty damn clear that payouts are not being made on a professional time frame and to all affiliates.

oh, i totally agree, but until there is a legal decision nats doesn't have to do shit....and tracking down truth to an affiliate programs payout scams isn't their job...my basic point was, why aren't you hiring a lawyer or taking some sort of legal action? if it is as much money as you say it is, then that would have been my first course of action
