great deal it seems....little to contempory for me..Miami viceish..I would grab a decorator and go with a HOMEY look. I would think the place could be beautiful with those contrasts (contempory home decorated classy and homey). If you go to contempory and art deco its gets nausciating after awhile.

Hard to belive, but you overpaid. The house has long been considered a teardown, and that lot is worth about $150k. It is located about .5 mile from my old house.

The old owners tried for years and years to sell it. Something it only worth what someone will pay for it.

Thanks for the information. Why is it considered a tear down? This place does not have much wrong with it besides a few broken cabinets and paint.
