You're making me jealous AMP! I'm getting an apartment in December but it will not be as glamorous as your house. I gotta save money for taxes but after I pay them I will get one of those Feng Shui interior decorators to spice up the place.

Of course, I will have a nice view of Waikiki Beach though

I was lucky enough to get royally fucked by the owner of my condo when he decided to sell 3 weeks after we moved in here .... leaving me wide open to do as I please in MY time frame... as long as they still honored the lease. They hafta follow through, but I can cut and run at any time with no notice whatsoever.

and this sweet ass house just sorta fell right into place at the right time...

but I'm gonna jinx it if I keep this up..... I don't have it yet....
