Not every single person will, but 90%+ will give into those biological urges and if they have no real education you would see a huge increase in teen pregnancy. There are many experts that think that the abortion rate has dropped over the last 20 years because sex ed has become a common thing in schools so there are less and less unwanted pregnancies. It sounds find a good to leave it up to the parents, but many parents suck and leave their kids in the dark. If their parents are going to give them the tools to make good decisions with someone else needs to.

Also, I understand that McCain is not the oldest candidate and maybe he will be fine. But he has had melanoma, which is the most deadly form of skin cancer you can get, four times. His medical records are nearly 500 pages deep. The guy is not the picture of perfect health.
