Anyone native Spanish speakers here?

I need to know the exact meanings and connotations of "me gustas"/"te quiero"/"te amo".

I know they're generally translated as something along the lines of "you're cute"/"I like you"/"I love you", but I need to know how strong/serious they are compared to those English terms

I'm not a native Spanish speaker, but here you go anyway.

Literally they translate to "I like", "I want you" and "I love you".

I don't know about Spain, but in Central America, each country has little differences in language. Mostly in slang.

For instance, in Costa Rica, calling someone "mi gordo", literally translated "my fat", is a term of endearment. In Mexico, that means something very different.

Anyway there you go.

Warchild is right on the money. I'm a native speaker and I gotta say that they mean quite the same... you can also say "te quiero" ,as in "I'm fond of you", to someone you don't have a romantic interest at all (friends, family).
