I'm not a native Spanish speaker, but here you go anyway.
Literally they translate to "I like", "I want you" and "I love you".
I don't know about Spain, but in Central America, each country has little differences in language. Mostly in slang.
For instance, in Costa Rica, calling someone "mi gordo", literally translated "my fat", is a term of endearment. In Mexico, that means something very different.
