It gives you control over your money, use it like a debit card to make withdrawals from your PayPal account, or use it at home or abroad wherever you see the Visa logo. Topping up your card is as easy as making a PayPal purchase, and you can manage your account using the Online Account Manager. So yeah, it's the debit card for the Uk. Actually, after reading it's a little different. More like the GreenDot prepaid cards we have here, that you can add funds to from your Paypal account.

If there were more anonymous payment methods that were easy to use and were trusted there might be more sales from China and other areas of the world.
