Matter of fact, on Saturday I had the best sales day of the last 3 years.. because of Caz..I was going to send him an e-mail and thank him.

I have really seen growth because Caz, takes time, to follow up with me. he calls me personally and asks if things are going good. He will do anything to make sure my servers and my sites are running GREAT..

just chatted with caz on the phone, i liked his definition of "managed hosting".

the definition that i am used to, is "managed hosting" means i don't get root access, that i have to do things only through a panel or send in the request.

other providers its unmanaged and you get full root access and they charge you by the incident or by the hour to fix things.

i know enough of linux administration to know what I am doing, but sometimes not enough to resolve a problem.

righthostings definition of "managed service" is you get root access to do your stuff, but if you screw things up, they will fix it for you, without a service charge.

i like it!
