I fell in love with this photo of my great-great aunt, and knew it needed some Photoshop lubbins...

I don't have an exact date for this picture, it's estimated to be around the mid 20's. She was an extra for Warner Brother's Studio in LA, and of course, an aspiring actress. She died of a drug overdose at the age of 26 (so Hollywood), probably not long after this picture was taken.

Munki just showed the images. I've had a lot of fun with 200+ old family photos, and now I've become very passionate about restoring images, a bit of a hobby for myself too. I loved the original sepia tone, I just had very few other family photos that color, and decided to keep it all B&W fluent for a family photo album project I put together.

I've been working with the LB historic society to have the building qualified as a historic location, it's a really cool building! But yeah, I've been planning to recreate this pic with Munki for quite a while, but I can't seem to get him into a sailer cap, lol. I think his mohawk would be an interesting modern contrast
