It looks like there are 2 babies in the pic, so she must have had twins... A lot more stretching. Something to think about... If women DIDN't get pregnant, give up all of their spare time to put up with changing our diapers, probably a lot of them without the help of a father, how many of US would be here? In the pic with her baby, she looks pretty. And I have had that happen to me quite a few times where a girl looked good with clothes, then when she got undressed, not quite what I was expecting. Having a baby can wreck a girls body for sure. I've seen it happen many times.

However, while a lot of it does have to do with genetics, a great deal of it is how well you take care of yourself while pregnant. For example, using certain types of lotion (vitamin E, cocoa butter) can make your skin more have more elasticity and help prevent stretch marks. I know a ton of girls who've used this technique and walked away from child birth with little to no stretch marks.

Also, a lot of girls do get lazy when pregnant and eat way more than they need to. They use the pregnancy as an excuse. They also fail to realize that, even though they're pregnant, they can still exercise. Working out while pregnant is perfectly fine, as long as you don't go overboard. It helps to keep your muscles tight so you don't end up a total flabbucket after you pump out the child.

The only girls I've met whose bodies were destroyed from having a child never took care of themselves while pregnant, or after the child was born. I've met countless girls who've had a child and within a year managed to get their bodies back into amazing shape.

Tits, on the other hand, are a different story. All the diet and exercise in the world can't save a girls tits from being wrecked during pregnancy. I know a few girls who had a kid, got their bodies back in awesome shape, but their tits are a lost cause. It sucks.

I told her to stop complaining about it, because they were a small price to pay for bringing a new life into the world. I COVERED my stomach with every sort of cream I could find - including cocoa butter, vitamin E and something else that was supposed be a cure all. But I'm 5 feet tall and I had a full term 8 pound 9 ounce baby in there - something had to give

They've been there for 25 years now - more than half my life. I've pretty much come to terms with them. And like I said, most men I know my age have more stretch marks than I do.

Oh, and I had a C-section before you start with the hot dog down the hallway crap, lol. He was so big and I was so short that he literally never dropped - even after 48 hours of labor. His 24 hour pictures look amazing because he didn't have any of the pointed head thing going on - and his eyes were wide open - looked more like a week old baby.

I'm 30 already and know I don't want kids. I am too vain, I would never want stretch marks, even the POSSIBILITY of getting them is terrible to me.

I admit I am selfish tho. I have no one to answer to and that's the way I like it. All my money is spent on me. I buy whatever the hell I want. Go wherever the hell I want. Everything I do is for myself and that's the way I like it. I would never want my life to revolve around taking care of someone else 24/7.

I heard that a tummy tuck hurts A LOT tho and that the recovery is very painful and with any surgeries there is always a risk, you can always die.

the girl i knew that had a kid from college didnt get implants, just got some boob skin removed, but left really bad scars but her boobs went back to normal size

There is a balance between genetic predisposition and taking care of yourself while pregnant and afterwards.

Saggy skin, stretch marks, and changed boobs are genetic. The stretch marks happen on a deep layer of skin that no lotion or Vitamin E can even reach. Saggy skin and boobs are not due to being overweight and out of shape.

That being said, a woman can generally maintain a healthy weight while pregnant, be active, and bounce back a lot quicker afterward. BUT it's certainly not easy to be that disciplined while you have an alien in your belly sucking the life out of you.

I consider myself lucky to look the way I do after 2 children. I've always been petite and work out when I need to and I have an active dating life. But I can still point out all the things that pregnancy changed on my body.

If you're vain enough, you can get your body back. I've seen it tons of times. And as I said before, the only girls I know who's bodies got trashed by having a kid are girls who didn't do anything to take care of themselves while pregnant or after the child was born.

I breastfed for 2 years and for all the time I was nursing; I was super skinny and didn't like how my boobs looked. I assumed they were ruined. Once I stopped nursing and put on some weight, they looked better than they did before the pregnancy. It's all so random.

I knew a stripper once that had the most perfectly petite body, curved in all the right places. She got pregnant and was active throughout and obsessed about lotions and eating right... planning to go back to stripping after the baby was born. She went right back down to the same size she was, but had stretch marks all over her stomach and hips and ass and her boobs looked entirely different than they did pre-pregnancy. She was the most extreme example I had ever seen in someone I knew before and after pregnancy. She was Latin too... it seems like the darker skinned girls get it a little worse.

I heard that a tummy tuck hurts A LOT tho and that the recovery is very painful and with any surgeries there is always a risk, you can always die. And breast implants are a pain because they will need to be replaced every 10-15 years.

Saggy skin, stretch marks, and changed boobs are genetic. The stretch marks happen on a deep layer of skin that no lotion or Vitamin E can even reach. Saggy skin and boobs are not due to being overweight and out of shape. That being said, a woman can generally maintain a healthy weight while pregnant, be active, and bounce back a lot quicker afterward. BUT it's certainly not easy to be that disciplined while you have an alien in your belly sucking the life out of you. I consider myself lucky to look the way I do after 2 children. I've always been petite and work out when I need to and I have an active dating life. But I can still point out all the things that pregnancy changed on my body.
