Infamous Cartel Leader Arrellano Felix to be extradited to the US...
Apparently the Mexican Superior Court has ruled in favor of extraditing Benjamin Arrellano Felix to the US on various counts that the So Cal courts want him for. Dude has 15 days to 'appeal' the Mexican courts.
