Apparently the Mexican Superior Court has ruled in favor of extraditing Benjamin Arrellano Felix to the US on various counts that the So Cal courts want him for. Dude has 15 days to 'appeal' the Mexican courts.

What's the over/under on how many days it takes before he 'mysteriously' escapes from the Mexican federal prison he's currently at? I say a week tops.
