I've been ripped off... I'm gonna sue, advice?
I've been ripped off out of almost $10,000 by a service provider for a mainstream project.
I need to sue the guy. I'm based in the UK, he is in America. Do I need a US lawyer, or will a UK lawyer be OK? Thanks |

Will I have to sue them in an American court of law?
Can't post his name at this point, prior to legal action.. but I'd LOVE to... I'd also love to kick his fucking teeth out, but again, I can't. |

Ask a UK lawyer they should have all the answers you are looking for. But expect it to cost more than 10k to get your money back.

international law suits are VERY DIFFICULT and for amount of 10k
your legal fees may run you even half or more + of what is owed to u so something to think about . |
