That's an understatement.

Yeah I tried it. Business partner has bottles and bottles of it around. He used to work for Pfizer here in town. I can't say it did anything for me. Mine's a allergy and sinus combo more than just allergies.

He swears by it however.

I use Claritin the most, and have used Alevert. Happy with both of those....recently saw Zyrtec but haven't tried it. Anyone know how it differs from Claritin?

I switch back and forth among all the different OTC allergy meds. If I stay on one for a few months straight it stops working.

I did zyrtec back when it was prescription. Took it every day for like 3 years. When I stopped.. no more allergies.

Zyrtec is good... it is also good for hangover. Take one before you start drinking, and you'll feel better next morning!

take Zyrtec only before bed to minimize the drowsy factor. You will sleep better and histamine levels will be reduced when you wake up in the a.m.

There is a short residual grogginess for me but otherwise it really helps.

Gladly, i've missed the great part of my alergie period this year. Tried shitload of meds, very few work for me, but because i fucking sleep 15 hours a day when i'm on them, i try not to use any at all, and live through it, and take it only in emergencies when i can't breathe cause it's suffocating me heh.

bingo!

GO SEE A DOCTOR !!! as simple as that, its gotten 100 times better than 10 years ago, now the meds are simply great but you HAVE to see a specialist, the woman I went to tells me that in most cases you can't stay too long on one thing, it simply stops working

she also told me to go see her in October (that's 7-8 months before the fucked up pollen season) for some great treatment with some french meds that she said were working wonders, I'm doing that for sure

I also bought an air purifier with HEPA filter n shit , it runs 24/7

You can buy a bottle (300 pills) of generic Claritin at Costo for like $13. Almost a years supply that you take once a day. Has helped calm my allergies down.
