you should have a data file in your icq folders
which is all your contacts...im pretty sure icq backs it up there themselves should just be able to select load contact list in admin |

Only icq version worth anything. Pheonix is right. However, once you add it, should be stored on web for future usage, so you shouldn't have problems in future.
