you should have a data file in your icq folders

which is all your contacts...im pretty sure icq backs it up there themselves

should just be able to select load contact list in admin

Only icq version worth anything. Pheonix is right. However, once you add it, should be stored on web for future usage, so you shouldn't have problems in future.
