You say this in every single stolen GF content related thread, do you have any proof that this stolen content comes from these places? From my experience that is completely wrong, and user submitted content is 1000x easier to gather anyways, hell you don't even have to do the work you just make a submit form and watch the pics roll in.

CCbill doesn't give a shit about YOU and your stolen content. However, you can bet your ass that if some asshole was a member of your site for 6 months and decided to chargeback all 6 months, they would allow it.

It was a sad day when tube sites started to gobble up the traffic with stolen content, and even a darker day when paysites started doing the same to each other. Luca, hope you get the results you are seeking, sucks ass that you have to take time out of your day to chase down your own stuff.

Thank you to Rho and others who also have sent me heads up when seeing Dirty D's stolen clips. Fortunately for us we have http://removeyourcontent.com/ who will do the dirty work once you've identified your clip on someone else's site, including tubes.

Bad enough that sales are down because of the sagging economy, but in order to survive the bigger picture we need to unite as an industry and not undermine each other just for a quick buck.:2 cents:

But I am sure you are aware that in some cases (if not most) that the person who owns the site is the one that is going out stealing the content and filling up the site himself.

There is no DMCA protection for the sites "members", just the site owner.

Now DMCA proects the site from the action of it's "members" if there is a REAL member doing it. However DMCA does not protect the member. The member is still doing something illegal and is liable.

I can't wait till one of these companies sues the site's members for stealing the content and then the site is hit with a subpoena for all of the information for the "members" who posted the stolen content. My bet would be that the site wouldn't be able to turn over any info because chances are it was the site itself stealing the content and pretending their "members" did it. If that was proved then the site would be fucked and would be a slam dunk lawsuit that they would lose.

Why hasn't one of these companies who's content is always getting stolen by the same site do this yet?
