I see tons and tons of tgp's that are dedicated to these types of sites. You have to cut off the money for these people to learn.

Speaking of stealing, you owe me $$$$. I sent you a wire over a year ago and you keep ducking my phone calls, emails and icq's. I'm going to make a new thread about your thieving ass.

I actually just sent you an email on the 16th to settle the debt. It was from the email address [email protected]. I guess you never received it. I'll contact you via icq immediately.

is this your first day online?

although worded wrong I think it's a legit question, since when do any of these processor deny a credit? I get people gettting credits and when I look up the reason the processor has stuff like "Customer called asked what the charge was for, I told him, he ok'd it" and there is a credit for that guy.

Thanks for the head's up. I'll have to give this a look see.

google is the first one i go after.

Many of you are mentioning that you have seen stolen content from various sources, so why not plan it properly.

Contact who you know that own's the material, and coordinate it so that you all submit the DMCA's at the same time. This will force CCBill to take action!

Yeah, we are talking time and effort here, but once everyone starts to pull together then you can grab these guys by the balls!

I agree, it's a good plan, problem is figuring out who's content exactly they have in there stolen, gotta filter out the KP they are grabbing off newsgroups from the stolen content from paysites.

since visa/mastercard started putting limits on credits/refunds? that would be my guess. what do you think? do you have any concept of how credit card processing online works? do you understand that CCBill is liable for credits/refunds and it affects their merchant accounts, and as such, can affect everyone who uses them?

</end rocket science for beginners>

There's a big difference between what I said and what you're saying I said...so now go take your own advice :winkwink:

Of course he intentionally stole them. Someone owns the rights to EVERY photo and video, he knows he's not that somebody yet he's distributing and profiting off them.

why don't you spend 2 minutes educating yourself on a life and death issue for your own business instead of wasting your time looking like a retard in front of everyone and on behalf of a company?

being too dumb to know you're a loser... doesn't make you a winner.

rrrrright, have a nice day, come back when you get a clue. :thumbsup

gleem 10-24-2008 04:21 PM

keep in mind, if you use content from most other amateur sponsor with "GF/EXGF" content other than mine and 2 or 3 others, you will be using undocumented content stolen from other sites and or have pics that are underage since none of them buy this content or get ID's or even come close to owning it.

Sites like Seemygf.com, RealGFs.com are the biggest examples of illegal operations, and by promoting them you open yourself up to prosecution by governments for underage pics, and by other webmasters for using their stolen content.

RE: Stolen photos of Lori Anderson
http://www.realgf.com/galleries/r001...php?id=1675277

There is a photo of Lori Anderson on this gallery. Very bottom middle photo in the t-bird.
You do not have any permission to use this content! If you continue to use Lori Anderson content to promote this site or any other site, I will pursue legal action.

I have also contacted CCbill. I will push to have your account and this site shut down. I would have to guess if you are using her content on your galleries, then you have her in your member's area as well. You are fucking with the wrong person.

We are filling out the proper paperwork after checking their member's area.

This time i figured i would post this publicly because our content as well as many others' has been on this site several times even after having contacted the above mentioned persons. It gets removed then right back up. To make matters worse, i find our exclusive images on a gallery which they are using to promote their site http://www.realgf.com/galleries/t020/nude/index13.php (top left image and center image on the second row of pics... SexyLette)

We recently released an exgirlfriend style site FuckOverMyEx.com and i understand the difficulties of coming up with this type of content, but if you can't do it legitimately don't do it!

I know we will be getting the same response now when we contact these guys AGAIN. "We're sorry, its user submitted content. We'll remove it immediately and ban the member". The same story one too many times, this has to STOP NOW!

As you are probably already aware, there is a law called DMCA, which gives any site permission to use your content, so long as they remove it when requested and claim that it was user submitted.

They will most likely continue to steal and use your content on their paysite, no matter how many times you request that they remove it, because the law says they are within their rights to do so. Unfortunately, that's just how it is.

webgurl 11-02-2009 11:30 AM

if you guys think this is bad 90% of the japanese porn sites you see
are all 100% ripped stollen DVD content but nobody really gives a shit about that
