Running a business requires a little more attention to detail than that. And he knows, he's be called on it several times. He's a crook, plain and simple, and you're an immense idiot if you think just because someone doesn't check to see if something is stolen or not that it's ok to use it.

I know what you mean. I just got a site owner to remove my content just the other day by contacting his billing and hosting company and I have had about 3-4 websites completely shut down in the past. These were full running paysites too.

Getting ready to send out a DMCA today to http://www.hersecretpics.com/. I tried contacting the guy and he will not respond back. Check that site out guys and make sure that YOUR content is not on it and if it is, take action. Hopefully the day will come when CCBill (among other companies) will pull the plug on these types of sites.

If you don't have the fucking knowledge regarding how to shoot your own content, leave other peoples content alone and purchase content from a content provider. That's the way I see it.

Let me also add, that I've DMCA'd this site a few times as well. I send out several a week, and for the most part the site owner's or agents have been pretty good at removing our Raven and Liz content. I have to tell ya though, this one is pretty offensive and blatant, and will get some extra "special" attention from me :)

It seems that every single week there are at least a couple of threads complainning about these guys.

Wouldn't it be nice if no one promoted them? I guess that's asking too much, though. Sure... the owners are to blame, no doubt about that but aren't those who promote it just as guilty? Kinda like receiving stolen goods?
