Many people who have regular anal sex warp the sphincter after time, not much time either.

Within a few years these people have to wear adult diapers.

A: Apparently it can have that effect. Even if not total incontinence, it may lead to some leakage. I would guess that the extent of the damage might depend on the number of times a person had anal sex, and the size of the penis, though I don’t know that for sure.
