>> Hey JMBSoft - You SUCK!

JMBSoft.com (in reference to their TXPx s'ware)

It is my personal opinion, that your support sucks ass.

A customer of yours send a support ticket asking for help fixing an error with your script. You have no answers and tell them to take it to the forum --- WEAK

I email you asking for instructions on integrating with a trade script and this is their response;

Quote:
Greetings,

Sorry, I don't have specific instructions for trade script integration.

Regards,
Jeremy
Hey Jeremy, FAH-Q!

I know it's pretty unbelievable that our client isn't The Hun, but is it really that unforeseeable (sp?) that a TGP operator would have a need to integrate with a trade script? Some cutting edge foresite you have there, slick.

They are pretty smart with their eMail support overall..

Their fantastic reply..

Code:
Greetings,

Please use the tech support forum to get assistance with this issue.
http://www.jmbsoft.com/support/

Using the support forum has a few advantages:

1. You will be sure to get a timely response. When you send a message through the contact form or to this e-mail address it gets mixed in with other general customer service messages and may take longer for a response.

2. Using the forums allows the knowledge gained to be shared with other users. You may be able to find an answer to your question already posted in the forums, or a user familiar with the issue you are experiencing may be able to assist you before I get a chance.

3. If it is necessary for you to provide your software control panel or server login information, this can be done securely through the support form using the Private Message field. The information in this field is not sent through e-mail (like the contact form
is) and the data is RSA encrypted for extra security.

Regards,
Jeremy

you have to use their forum for support & you will usually get a response within 24 hours. i suggest reading the docs for both tgp & trade script. tells you everything you need to know.

Not to get into this particular drama, but I was just at that forum for something totally unrelated, and if it is not your question that has been answered, there is someone who is having the same issue, and the question has been answered.

installing a tgp script and a trade script and getting them to work together is simple basic webmaster work. failure to accomplish said task makes you a prime candidate for
