It is my personal opinion, that your support sucks ass. A customer of yours send a support ticket asking for help fixing an error with your script. You have no answers and tell them to take it to the forum --- WEAK I email you asking for instructions on integrating with a trade script and this is their response; Quote:

you have to use their forum for support & you will usually get a response within 24 hours. i suggest reading the docs for both tgp & trade script. tells you everything you need to know. :2 cents:

installing a tgp script and a trade script and getting them to work together is simple basic webmaster work. failure to accomplish said task makes you a prime candidate for
