| Stay away from the Wii, considering the titles you listed. Wii is mostly crap kids games and discs loaded with shitty mini-games for folks who don't normally play video games. Both the PS3 and XBox360 have a large number of great titles coming out, most (like 90%) of which will show up on both systems. Final Fantasy and Metal Gear staying PS3 only, so if you're a big fan of either of those...PS3 is likely the only option for the time being. Bluray built in makes up for it. |

				 | Thanks, Jace - I'm looking forward to playing My son always had every video system there was. I miss being able to play on the TV and the Wii looked like a way I could play and maybe even *gasp* get some physical action involved, lol. |

				 | I just bought a PS3 yesterday. I'm creamin over this thing. I got it mainly for the Blu ray, but the games are nice too. the only thing that bothers me is that it runs on Bluetooth, so I can't program it into my Logitech Harmony IR remote, but that's ok, the PS3 system is just top notch and I love it. |

I bought a wii and I hate the little bastard. The games are terrible. The control scheme is terrible. I keep meaning to ebay it but haven't ever actually gotten around to it yet.

				 | I'm particular to my Wii. All depends on what you're into really. I'm getting a ps3 soon but I really wouldn't have much fun with gaming without the Wii. The Wii is so dynamic with new gaming concepts and is just simply a lot of fun...regardless of what game or type of game you're playing.

The company I bought it from (through Amazon) doesn't take cancellations or returns. It's sad - since all our mailboxes are at the front gate and the USPS is the ONLY service that won't allow the front gate worker to sign for resident's packages, I have the DDR but no Wii!! Very sad

				 | My brother has always been "anti video games". So much so that even if a video game was on his wishlist, he wouldn't buy one for my son (though he did buy him things like 2 week trips to Alaska, the Grand Canyon, Boston, etc. so I really can't complain ;) ). I think I can get him interested in playing the Wii - especially the tennis and bowling. I'm the only person he will play REAL tennis with because we are about the same level (I'm actually better......) and we play with no rules |

				 | The absolute best machine is the Xbox 360 (elite version). It's faster and has nicer graphics graphics than the ps3 when you compared game for game. Plus the online support for xbox360 is fantastic. You can play against others of course, but you can also download new games, and now even complete TV shows and movies in HD. The best games to get for it are Halo 3, Bioshock, Ace Commander 6, and Call of Duty 4. Burnout, a driving game, is also fun as hell. Happy Gaming! m

It's a dumbed down game system DESIGNED specifically to target the casual gamer. The library of titles is pathetic, aside from a few first party Nintendo titles that have managed to be released, the rest is total garbage. Come on, you can't tell me you want to play games like AMF Bowling, or Carnival Games, or better yet Chicken Shoot...which happens to be a port from a fucking FLASH game. I think the Wii and it's marketing is brilliant. But when someone says they like playing Battlefield 2012 and the first response is "Hey man, I have a wii...you should get one"...someone has to step in and set things straight.

				 | The Wii is awesome. Mine is actually loaned out as I am out of town and a friend asked to take it home for the week. The Xbox 360 is not going to get that type of response. Peaches get a bunch of friends over, booze and the Wii. It rocks! True gamers will whine but they are not the type to leave the house and go to a party so the risk is limited. And don't even ask about strip bowling..... |

				 | OMG, I AM who the Wii was invented for I picked it up today and have been having a total blast - even though I suck at all the games. It was a breeze to hook up though I'm going to have to Museum Putty the sensor thing to the top of my TV. And I will need to get an additional remote. I feel like a kid again |
