flash is in huge demand, noone gonna work on a porn board for nickels and dimes.. there's hundreds of thousands of dollars out there in contracts right now

I gotta learn flash. I know just about every other platform. I hear Actionscript 3 is a much better language than the previous version and it runs a lot faster because it's JIT compiled to run native.

if you just need a custom flash player there are some open source ones with pretty much all the features you would need.
What do you want that is "unique" ? feel free to not elaborate if its something that you might not wanna let everyone and his brother know about
