Jeez...even I have load balancing and redundent servers on 2 completely different networks on 2 sides of the country. guys, ccbill has great customer service however, they are down nearly everyday.

why is this a surprise now?

we use them for billing on a site and every morning they are down... its level3 I think. but I am too lazy to check.
