This is unbelievable.... a payment processing company that does not have backup servers on other networks. Jeez...even I have load balancing and redundent servers on 2 completely different networks on 2 sides of the country. Explain again why anyone would consider this acceptable from someone as important as a payment processing company...

guys, ccbill has great customer service however, they are down nearly everyday.

we use them for billing on a site and every morning they are down... its level3 I think. but I am too lazy to check.

Ours celebrated a true 100% network uptime this year, something a lot of hosts can't say for themselves.

y'all need to quit crying. ccbill being down has NOTHING to do with your sales. I have mine set so that I get an email everytime I get a sale and I've been getting them.

So if you aren't getting any sales, it has nothing to do with CCbill.
