Ok now there's TUBEs, But ask yourself this question....
Ok so there are tube sites, great. That is established. But ask yourself, what are you going to do about it?
It was said torrents were the end of paid software. Before that it was warez crews. There is an evolution and change but it's not to the extreme everyone makes it out to be. This is a sales driven business, sales is psychology and understanding the consumer trends, needs and demands as your business and marketplaces evolve is required. It's like any business and any marketplace, there are changes that will come ALWAYS. Sure identifying problems and addressing them is good only if it actually has an end result. Pointing fingers at why and who caused it and just going on about a problem that bothers you and or your business is counter-productive. The "Tube" issue is not going away. Either you address it and battle it with whatever you have or you shift your strategy and work around it or just through it. Coming from a mainstream perspective of brick and mortar and online, I can say panic is a just another catalyst that will kill your business. You evolve by being innovative, new and really analyzing your customers. Either you choose to fight the change in hopes you'll win or you adjust, if you do nothing, one day you'll be sitting around, having your 5th at 9am telling stories about how you used to make money selling porn online until the tube sites came. I'm not taking any sides nor do I benefit from this in any way or form, it's just some advice I'd like to share from another perspective.

This is why I started www.GetRichInPorn.com its a turnkey system. thats doing well because people own their own site so they are proud of it and tell friends. vs. Joining a site thats taboo. Paysites will die at this rate. way to much free porn out there now.

You can't grow a customer base when the new people coming on the Internet can't afford your product.
Perhaps you should be asking yourself why you aren't charging a different price for a guy in China that makes $250 a month? Give him a $2.49 rate and I am sure he will pay it. But he isn't going to shell out 1/10th of his monthly income for it... Americans won't so why did you think the Chinese would? |
