Need help with new Visa Regulations - GoFuckYourself.com

Hello All, I'm an adult webmaster from the Netherlands (Europe) and I own a paysite www.pornstar-videos.com where I use Epoch as my biller. I've been reading alot about the new visa regulations but to me it does not make any sense and it looks like everybody has a different opinion. Can somebody please explain to me what it takes for an European webmaster to continue his business?

From what I have been reading I got a few questions too:
Do I need to register an inc in the States?
Do I need to pay taxes there?
Do I need a TAX ID and if yes, how do I get it?

I would really appreciate any help that you guys can give me about this matter and please use understandable English for us foreigners

I would not use Epoch anymore if I was you.

but what I have been reading so far

an LLC will do

Do I need to pay taxes there?
Yes

Do I need a TAX ID and if yes, how do I get it?
Yes and you can get it at the local IRS or Courthouse in the State you open your US based business

Pick up the phone and call them ... they will tell you what you need to do.. dont guess just call
