Need help with new Visa Regulations
 

Hello All, I'm an adult webmaster from the Netherlands (Europe) and I own a paysite www.pornstar-videos.com where I use Epoch as my biller. I've been reading alot about the new visa regulations but to me it does not make any sense and it looks like everybody has a different opinion. Can somebody please explain to me what it takes for an European webmaster to continue his business?

From what I have been reading I got a few questions too:
Do I need to register an inc in the States?
Do I need to pay taxes there?
Do I need a TAX ID and if yes, how do I get it?

I would really appreciate any help that you guys can give me about this matter and please use understandable English for us foreigners :)

I would not use Epoch anymore if I was you.

Yes

Do I need a TAX ID and if yes, how do I get it?
Yes and you can get it at the local IRS or Courthouse in the State you open your US based business
