That's like the MARTA cops in Atlanta, brutal on skateboarders...a friend got pushed down some stairs by one and ended up breaking his ankle.

He's definetely a member of the tiny dick club, that's for certain.

You'd think this guy could devote his time somewhere else considering how much of a shithole Baltimore is.
